The first Dinner Party of the summer, this meal was prepared in collaboration with my friend who also lovess food. We decided to pursue a Mediterranean vibe preparing chicken thighs, cauliflower, tzatziki, and a salad to go with it all!

Cauliflower

  • Turmeric yogurt
  • Spicy butter
  • Chop it up
  • Roast it 425-450 10-15 min
  • Yogurt

    • Pepper
    • Review: Wasn’t super flavorful, perhaps add some juice from the chicken or smth next time or more salt
  • Add spices to butter
    • Chili flakes
    • Cayenne
    • Turmeric

  • Spread the yogurt an a plate, top with cauliflower, and drizzle the butter over!

  • Olive oil

Salad

  • Assemble
    • Romain

    • Cucumber
  • Dressing
    • Olive oil

Pita

  • Store bought, toasted in the pan we used for the chicken

Tzatziki

  • Mix everything in a bowl
    • Greek yogurt
    • Feta
    • Dill
    • Lemon Juice
    • Salt
