The first Dinner Party of the summer, this meal was prepared in collaboration with my friend who also lovess food. We decided to pursue a Mediterranean vibe preparing chicken thighs, cauliflower, tzatziki, and a salad to go with it all!
Cauliflower
- Turmeric yogurt
- Spicy butter
- Chop it up
- Roast it 425-450 10-15 min
- Yogurt

- Review: Wasn’t super flavorful, perhaps add some juice from the chicken or smth next time or more salt
- Add spices to butter
